United Way’s 2023 Day of Caring is the Largest Community Service Day in Scotland County. This year’s event is on Friday, September 8th starting at 8 a.m. with a free breakfast for all volunteers at the Laurinburg Presbyterian Church (600 West Church Street in Laurinburg).
