Partners for Children and Families in Carthage is hosting their 3rd Annual Birthday Bash on Saturday, October 3rd from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm! Come out and enjoy games, hot dogs, birthday treats, literacy activities, bounce house and a book giveaway! The event is free and open to the community.
