Independence Day Celebrations
July 3, 2021
- Downtown Apex will have a flag-raising ceremony at 10am, followed by a parade starting at 10:45 during their Olde Fashioned Fourth of July Celebration
- Durham – The July 4th Weekend Laser Light Show starting at 9pm at Durham County Memorial Stadium,
- Durham – Post-game fireworks after the Durham Bulls Game at 6:35 at the Durham Bull’s Athletic Park.
- Fuquay-Varina – Spare Change in concert at South Park in Fuquay-Varina. Gates open at 6 with fireworks starting around 9:15;
- The Hope Mills Independence Day Celebration including fireworks at 9,
- Pinehurst – The Fourthfest Parade will take place at James W. Tuffs Memorial Park in Pinehurst from 10 to 1; followed by the Fourthfest Fireworks Celebration at the Pinehurst Harness Track from 6 to 9 (Gates open at 4)
- Raleigh’s 4th of July Fireworks, with activities beginning at 6pm at PNC arena;
