Learn the methods for making your own mouthwatering beef jerky on Tuesday, October 21st from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm at the Lee County NC Cooperative Extension Center. The workshop “Homemade Beef Jerky: Safe & Simple” will be taught by both Lee County and Chatham County Family and Consumer Science agents.
