Flag Retirement Ceremony

The VFW Post 5631 in Sanford will be hosting a flag retirement ceremony on Saturday, June 13th starting at 9:00 am. Everyone is invited to the ceremony that will be assisted by the Boys and Girls Scout Troops from Saint Luke’s Methodist Church. Anyone with old and tattered flags can bring them ahead of time to the VFW on Veterans Way off Hawkins Avenue.
