It’s Fun it’s Free and it’s educational. It’s for children ten and under, but everyone is invited. If you’re looking for a great outing this summer, don’t miss the annual Children’s Treasure Trail at the Sandhills Community College, Horticultural Gardens on Saturday, August 25, 9 AM to Noon. Kids will learn about butterflies, snakes, gems and minerals. A planting station will be set up for children to learn how to plant. Paint garden stones and face painting at a craft station. Plus there will be games – golf driving, lacrosse and soccer. Enjoy music and refreshments all morning. It’s family fun in the Gardens.
