Helping Hand Clinic will host its 3rd Annual Health and Healing Festival on Saturday, May 31st, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 409 Carthage Street in Sanford. This free, family-friendly event will feature a variety of indoor and outdoor activities and health screenings, including a bounce house, Zumba class, vendor booths, free blood pressure and glucose checks, a healthy food demonstration, and more.
