Partners for Children and Families in Carthage present the First Annual Illuminate and Appreciate Teachers’ Holiday Garden December 1st – 26th –The Village Chapel Green on 10 Azalea Road in Pinehurst will be lit up with roses and lilies each representing a special teacher.
