  • Friday, November 25
    • Fayetteville – A Dickens Holiday. Downtown in Franklin Square from 1-9pm. Stroll through time as you enjoy carolers, artisan street vendors, musical performers and entertainers Interact with “A Christmas Carol” characters and join our royal candlelight ceremony lighting of venue holiday lights.
  • Saturday, November 26
    • Southern Pines – Tree Lighting at the Train Station. Santa will arrive by Fire Truck and will be available for pictures from 4:30-6. Entertainment starts at 6 and the tree will be lit at 6:16.
    • Star – Annual Holiday Tree Lighting – Starr Town Hall at 6pm.
  • Tuesday, November 29
    • Rockingham – Tree Lighting Ceremony at 7pm in Cole Plaza
  • Thursday, December 1
    • Aberdeen – Christmas Tree Lighting and Santa’s arrival at 6:15 a the Union Station Railroad Museum
    • Angier – Christmas on the Square in Angier Depot Square from 6-8:30pm. Refreshments, visits with Santa, train rides and crafts for the kids, live entertainment, tree lighting, hayrides to a live nativity scene at Jack Marley Park
    • Fuquay-Varina – Christmas Tree Lighting starting at 6pm. Holiday Music, Artist Village, Magical Lights, and a visit from St. Nick.
    • Randleman – Christmas Parade from 7-9 on Main Street.
    • Robbins – Christmas Parade at 6pm followed by Tree Lighting.
  • Friday, December 2
    • Asheboro – Christmas Parade at 7pm
    • Hope Mills – Christmas at the Lake: Town Christmas Tree lighting at 6pm. Bring chairs & blankets. Cozy up while listening to Christmas music. Enjoy hot chocolate and desserts, visit with friends from Arendelle and you won’t want to miss Santa and Mrs. Claus! Santa, Mrs. Claus and friends will all be available for capturing photos and memories.
    • Pinehurst – Tree Lighting at Tuffs Memorial Park from 5-7:30 (official lighting at 6:30). Music, Holiday Cheer, and of course a chance to see Santa!
    • Spring Lake – Tree Lighting from 6-8 pm.
  • Saturday, December 3
    • Angier – Christmas Parade – 10am Downtown
    • Hope Mills – Christmas Parade at 5pm
    • Liberty – Holiday events in Downtown Liberty noon to 6pm. Vendors and music. Christmas Parade at 2:30 Tree lighting Ceremony at the end of the night.
    • Ramseur – Christmas Parade at 5, followed by Tree Lighting.
    • Southern Pines – Christmas Parade *hosted by Life 103.1’s Robin O’Brien and Will Robinson!* Parade starts at 11am.
  • Sunday, December 4
    • Fuquay-Varina – Christmas Parade at 4:30 Downtown.
  • Monday, December 5
    • Sanford – Christmas Parade starting at 7pm in Downtown Sanford
  • Thursday, December 8
    • Hamlet – Christmas Parade starting at 6.
    • Siler City – Christmas Parade from 7-8pm. An old-fashioned Christmas celebration featuring school choirs, carolers, Santa Claus, shopping, and more. Festivities culminate with the lighting of a 18-foot Christmas tree at the historic Chatham County Courthouse.  Santa will visit with children in the courtyard after the parade.
  • Friday, December 9
    • Asheboro – Christmas Downtown: Downtown Asheboro will come alive for an old-fashioned Christmas.
  • Saturday, December 10
    • Aberdeen – Christmas Parade at 11am Downtown
    • Broadway – Old Fashion Christmas Parade – begins at 2, hosted by the Broadway Lions Club
    • Lillington – Christmas Parade at 7pm. This year’s theme is “Hometown Heroes Christmas.”
    • Star – Star Christmas Festival including Christmas Parade on Main Street starting at 2pm.
  • Sunday, December 11
    • Pittsboro – Christmas Parade “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” at 3pm.
  • Thursday, December 15
    • Pittsboro – Luminaria Downtown from 3-7pm. Stores will be open to help you check off your holiday shopping list.
  • Saturday, December 17
    • Randleman – Christmas in the Square from 10am to noon. Craft Vendors, music, hot chocolate.
