22.18 – Meg Moss

(2022) Episode 18 – As a young girl, Meg Moss would spend time dreaming about the family she would someday have – a husband and adopted children. So as an adult, when she and her husband, Ken, were ready to start a family, they turned first to the foster care system. Some fifteen years later now, they have four sons – three of whom they’ve adopted through foster care – and Meg Moss is passionate about helping children in need. So much so in fact, that her family has recently established the Moss Boys Scholarship through Central Carolina Community College. Meg shares her story, including her continuing advocacy for children as a supervisor in the North Carolina Guardian Ad Litem program.
