Robin O’Brien

robinRobin O’Brien is a native of Columbus, Ohio and, therefore, a rabid Buckeyes fan. She is a graduate of Campbell University, and her past radio gigs include stops in Southern Pines, Fayetteville, and Raleigh. In 1997, Robin was the public address announcer for the Cape Fear Crocs minor league baseball team – she was one of only 3 women working as such in professional baseball. After a 6-year sabbatical from the business, Robin is back on the air weekdays from 10am to 3pm at Life 103.1. In addition to being on the air, Robin writes and produces commercials, as well as the Community Bulletin Board, and generally makes a nuisance of herself. Robin is an avid buyer of shoes and reader of trashy romance novels. She plans to dedicate more time to golf because Robin is all for any sport that requires you to buy special shoes. Robin is single and cohabitates with one large cat named Roscoe.
