Weymouth Woods (Sandhills Nature Preserve) located at 1024 Fort Bragg Road in Southern Pines will host Unwinding the Web Sunday, September 30 at 3 pm. Spiders are probably one of the most feared and misunderstood critters in the natural world. Let’s unwind some of that confusion with a 1-mile hike where we’ll weave through different activities along the trail that will help us dispel myths and learn some cool spider facts. This program is suitable for all ages and for both those who love and loathe spiders. This program is free and open to the public.
