Moore County has an active amateur radio club, the Moore County Amateur Radio Society (MOCARS). The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 21st at 7 pm at the Health Department on Pinehurst Avenue in Carthage. Meetings are open to all interested; you do not have to be a ham to attend.
